What We Do...
We
will bring all relevant data into a single database readable by Microsoft
Excel. We then create a standard platform for your facility. We use
this software package to create a various displays for operating personnel.
We come to your facility and establish communications protocol between the
data base of your system or systems and Excel. We then construct spread
sheet displays on a computer supplied by the customer and configured with
Excel by the customer.
The personnel who will be regular consumers of the
information will be interviewed and the values they find useful will be
incorporated into displays. Then personnel will be trained to read these
displays in the form of printed pages. This will give all levels of
operations a continuous view of facility condition. Spread sheets will
gather information in emergencies or extreme weather for later analysis. As
an added service we will publish customized hard copy reports to personnel
concerned with mechanical and electrical condition.
The customer will pay HVACDATA
$4,500.00 at the time of the order. For 90 Days after creation of
operational displays the customer will use the system. If at the end of the
trial period if the customer feels the system has not proven effective, the
$4,500.00 will be refunded. The continuation of customized hard copy
reports will be negotiated separately after the initial 90 day trial
